1. Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, we can do so without additional cost. If the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. But instead, it will have to be shipped back to us in order to be credited as a return.
2. Product Damaged in Shipment
If a product was damaged during shipment, please file a claim to the shipping company and notify us with the claim number.
3. Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do offer 30-day “No Questions Asked” Return Policy. We offer 100% full refunds on unopened/unused products. We will charge a 30% of re-stocking fee on all products that have been opened or tested. The buyer will have to cover the return shipping cost.
All of our products come with either a 3 or 5 year warranty, depending on the product. Please check each product’s information page for more details.
